Newer sevenload Trailer

Our newest sevenload trailer has just been completed by our designer Philipp!

The music was made exclusively for sevenload by our friend Oliver Kels (he both composed and produced it). Oliver is a successful composer and has already made a name for himself in the media scene with his many various jungles which hve become known through their use in advertisements- his references speak for themselves. Thank you very much Oliver! *For the trailer available below we only use a part of his composition.

Integration of a New Server System in our Data Network

We will be integrating a bunch of new server systems today, which might eventually cause brief delays in video streams. We’d like to apologize to our users in advance and ask that you be patient as these steps are necessary for us to allow the onslaught of our growing user community to continue growing and to make it possible for sevenload videos to be quickly fed to our users in the future.

After the adjustments have been made, we will have a total connection of more than 10,5 GBit available- which should provide for us for quite well for the next few months. *I will also introduce our partner and carrier in this blog in the next couple of weeks.

Stars of the Internet are Paving the Way

(the above shows are in German)

Last monday, the German version of Der Spiegel magazine made a statement (which happens to perfectly embody our own motto here at sevenload):”TV was yesterday” (in German)- the article (of the same title) referencing how one can become and internet star. The essential potential to become a star can be achieved by anyone- “whoever can be original or allow themself to be embarrassed, whoever is politically aware or even simply has a good story to tell […] Age, sex and looks do not make a difference here.

We believe that our work has the ability to change things- that the people in front of the camera and the team behind them, have the chance to re-write the future of the media scene. Internet television offers people an alternative to classical broadcasting mediums and sevenload is ready to charge full steam ahead into the future.

Tip: Staying on Top of Things

A lot of sevenloaders are always on the prowl, ready to comment on and rate the newest photos and videos. Anyone can see where what’s going on and what the newest discussions are with the corresponding pages for Photos and Videos. And for a lot of sevenloaders it’s also important to keep track of what’s being said about their own uploaded contents.

We’ve made the “My sevenload” page even better- now users have the chance to check out the new “What’s new?” page. This way, every user can have, at a glance, an overview of what has been going on with their photos and videos.

Who just left a comment? How was that photo rated? Who has added new tags and who has been on my profile? – These questions can all be answered with a singly click, and can be found here!
